Lenstock

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

By accessing or using Lenstock (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Lenstock is

Lenstock is an informational dashboard and a non-custodial front end. It displays market data for tokenized US equities and crypto trading on Robinhood Chain, and it lets you interact directly with third-party smart contracts — including Uniswap v3 pools and the Bags launchpad — using your own wallet. Lenstock is not a broker, exchange, bank, money transmitter, or investment adviser.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Premium/discount figures, Lenscheck risk scores, LensAI answers, candles, and every other number are produced by automated heuristics from third-party and on-chain data. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Do your own research and consider professional advice.

3. Wallets, transactions, and risk

  • Lenstock never takes custody of your funds, tokens, or keys. Every swap, approval, and token launch is a transaction you review and sign in your own wallet.
  • On-chain transactions are irreversible. Once broadcast they cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by Lenstock or anyone else.
  • You accept all risks of on-chain activity, including but not limited to: smart-contract bugs or exploits, price slippage, front-running/MEV, failed or stuck transactions, gas costs, oracle or pool manipulation, honeypots, rug pulls, and total loss of value.
  • Tokens created or traded through the Service are issued by third parties. Lenstock does not vet, endorse, or guarantee any token, pool, or project.

4. Third-party services and data

The Service depends on external providers (RPC nodes, block explorers, DexScreener, Finnhub, Anthropic, and the underlying protocols). Their availability, accuracy, and terms are outside our control. The Service may break, change, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service where doing so would violate any applicable law or sanctions;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse the Service's infrastructure;
  • use the Service to launder funds or facilitate other illegal activity.

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax reporting on any gains or losses.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenstock and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including losses from any transaction you sign.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the project maintainers via the repository or the contact channel listed there.
